Yes, in order for us to process your order, you must complete the form. The information you provide through the form is essential to make the letter convincing and genuine. So, be as detailed as possible, especially regarding the purpose of the visit and the relationship between yourself and the visa applicant.

If you do not complete the form, we will have to refund you, and you will not receive your letter of invitation.

We cannot guarantee that you will be issued a visa; this decision is up to the embassy or consulate handling the visa application. However, a well-written letter of invitation will highly increase the chances that the visa application will be successful.

Both packages are tailored to your specific needs. However, the difference between them is that the Fully Personalized Letter is delivered quicker and allows for more revisions than the Custom Invitation Letter. This way, as the name suggests, it is more fully personalized.

You will receive your letter of invitation within:

• 3 working days for the Custom Invitation Letter Package
• 2 working days for the Fully Personalized Invitation Letter Package

You can get a 24-hour delivery if you decide to use the Express delivery add-on, which costs $14.99.

Our letters are delivered via email in a PDF-format file.

The letter may have to be printed and signed if the applicant is required to physically submit it to an embassy or consulate.

If you are not satisfied with the letter initially provided, you can request revisions.

• With the Custom Invitation Letter Package, you can request one revision.
• With the Fully Personalized Letter Package, you can request two revisions.

This means that you can ask us to change or remove parts of the letter, include additional information which was initially omitted, etc.

You may request a refund if the letter was not delivered within the specified time of the selected package (two to three working days).
